This is special food. because it is for my 1.5 year old baby. This recipe is full of protein, fibers and Vitamins E and few energy carbs. Dal (Indian Cereals) are full of protein and fibers and I have also added carrots which is very good source of Vitamin E and rice are full of starch which is necessary element in kids growth.
