Daily is broken wheat, which is very good source of carb and fiber for kids. It’s give lots of energy and their digestion remains healthy. I often make dal for my kids. It’s can be prepared with dal (a india cereal) or with choice of vegetable and with milk. With milk we need to add little sweetness. I am going to post video soon about hot to make Daliya with milk.
