Oats are full of fibers and very good when it comes to digestion. You can choose from sweet or salt from Oats with milk and oats with tomato. I give both as they are easy to prepare and full of goodness.

About the Recipe

Oats are full of fibers and very good when it comes to digestion. You can choose from sweet or salt from Oats with milk and oats with tomato. I give both as they are easy to prepare and full of goodness.

Ingredients

FOR MILK

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp sugar

FOE TOMATO

  • 1/4 of tomato (grated)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • Pinch of turmeric and salt
  • 1 & 1/2 cup waterStepwise Directions

FOR MILK

Step 1- Take a pan add 1 cup water and 1/4 cup oats. Let is cook till oats become soft then add milk. Cook milk on low to medium heat and stir continually. Once started to boil add 1 tsp sugar and cook for 5-6 minutes. 

Step 2 – blend it well if it is small babies. Let it cool completely before serving.

FOR TOMATO OATS

Step 1- Take a pan and add 1 tsp ghee and then grated tomato. Cook for few second then add turmeric and salt. Cook for 30 seconds then add 1/4 cup oats. Mix well and add 1 & 1/4 cup water. Mix well and cook for 7-8 minutes on low to medium heat. 

Step 2 – blend it well if it is small babies. Let it cool completely before serving.
