About the Recipe

This salad is mix of veggie, fruits and nuts. Which are great for our body. And this salad has amazing taste and can be consumed as one meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 1/2 beetroot, 
  • 50 grams red cabbage, 100 grams red grapes
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp salt, pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, little fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp raisins, 2 tbsp almonds

Stepwise Directions

Step 1- wash all veggie and fruits. Remove peel of cucumber & apple. Then remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Cut cabbage, grapes and beetroot into small pieces. Cut almonds into small pieces

Step 2 – Take one big mixing bowl and add all veggies & fruits (cucumber, cabbage, beetroot, apple, grapes) and nuts (raisins and almonds). Toss them a bit.

Step 3 – Now add 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp salt, pinch of black pepper, fresh lemon juice and fresh chopped coriander. Mix everything well and serve immediately.
