About the Recipe

This is one of the quick, easy and delicious recipe. I prepare this often for get-togethers with friends, because it’s easy to prepare with minimum ingredients. And outcome result is amazing. You can add more fruits such as pear into it. And condensed milk can be replaced with sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, 1/2 red grapes,
  • 1 cup thin sliced Coconut Malai
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream, 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh milk

Stepwise Directions

Step 1- Cut grapes and apple into small bite size pieces.

Step 2 – Take one big mixing bowl then add fresh cream. I have kept cream box in fridge for sometime. If you are taking fresh cream on room temperature then after making fruit cream, put in fridge for sometime. After adding fresh cream, mix every well. If needed add little fresh milk and mix again. Then add all fruits- grapes, apple, coconut malai and mix everything well.

Step 3 – Keep the fruit cream bowl in refrigerator for 15 minutes to set. Serve cold.
