PALAK PANEER RECIPE / SPINACH AND COTTAGE CHEESE RECIPE / PARTY AND GET-TOGETHER RECIPE

I never used to eat spinach as a vegetable, though it is rich in iron. My mother used to make palak paneer to feed us spinach. It is an amazing combination and go very well together. Can be prepared simple or rich gravy by adding fresh cream. I have not used fresh cream in today’s recipe. It takes little extra time than normal palak-dal or palak aloo vegetable. So it is one of the get-together and party recipe.
