This salad is mix of veggie, lettuce etc. Which are great for our body. And this salad has amazing taste and can be consumed as one meal.

About the Recipe

This salad is mix of veggie, lettuce etc. Which are great for our body. And this salad has amazing taste and can be consumed as one meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 8-9 leave romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 carrot grated, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 100 grams tofu
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Stepwise Directions

Step 1- wash all veggie. Remove peel off cucumber. Then remove seeds and cut into cube size. Also cut tomatoes and onion into cubes. Take out layers from onion.

Step 2 – Take one big mixing bowl and add cucumber, tomatoes and onion. Then add lettuce, cut lettuce in small bite size with hands. 

Step 3 – For making dressing, take small bowl and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Then add salt, black pepper powder, sugar and fresh lemon juice. Mix well until sugar dissolves. Then add this dressing to the salad and mix everything well. Transfer this salad to eating bowl, garnish with sweet corn, grated carrots and tofu. Sprinkle some dressing again and enjoy fresh and healthy salad.

Note  – Do not store salad after adding dressing. Consume immediately. If you want to store cut salad then add dressing when you are about to eat.
